Training

Our training group consists of a selected handful
of like-minded non-egolistical adults coming from various martial
arts background
ranging from no experience to 15 years experience.
We train on various weeknights and weekends in manhattan and Brooklyn.
And there are times where we also do private training sessions on a rotation basis.
Work out times on the weekends are usually 8am early morning, and early evenings
on weeknights.
Aside from group training, it is our own responsibility to do our
solo training which include:
Forms, dummy, wall bag, tennis ball and Dragon Pole training.
This coming year 2010, the goal is to develop more power.
We hope to film more videos of our training
and also to record our improvements.
